This course empowers men to lead with integrity by embracing four key qualities: being Flawed, Faithful, Accountable, and Authoritative. Participants will learn that acknowledging imperfections fosters growth, while faithfulness builds trust and connection. Through accountability, they strengthen credibility and reliability, and by leading with balanced authority, they inspire and uplift others. Together, these traits shape men who are both strong and deeply grounded.
Meet your instructor
Gregory Robinson resides in the Chicagoland area with his loving wife and two daughters. For years, as a retired armed services veteran, he has learned from his military service a focused and disciplined lifestyle. Greg is also a member of the Sword of The Spirit Church. There, he and his family are active parts of the church. Greg is deeply spiritual, serving as a elder in his church.
